Swindell & Pearson feature in the 2019 edition of the World Trademark Review 1000

This is the second year in a row that the firm has been included in what is considered the world's “go to” resource for those seeking legal trademark expertise.

The firm’s Trade Mark Team has been commended on its “strength in depth” and its ability to “work flexibly to fit in with the needs of its patrons”.

Yet again Nick Womsley, Head of the Trade Mark Team received praise for being a “diligent practitioner who pulls out all the stops for his clients” whilst IP Director Kieron Taylor received specific mention of his “excellent legal judgement” and ability to give “commercially pertinent advice”.
