Swindell & Pearson Ranked in Top Five in Country for in-person Appearances before UKIPO

The annual assessments run by the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys (commonly known as CITMA) tracks the number of times firms and their attorneys appear before the IPO to represent their clients on contentious matters such as oppositions.

From 2013-2017, our firm comes in joint fourth for highest number of appearances. In addition, Trade Mark Attorney and Director, Kieron Taylor ranks fifth amongst UK trade mark attorneys for the number of times he appeared on behalf of clients at hearings.
