New Trade Mark Attorney hire for Swindell & Pearson

A qualified UK and European Trade mark Attorney, Shaun holds an Honours degree in Biology with Biotechnology from the University of Birmingham, and a Masters in the Management of Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London.

Shaun’s recent career has been spent working for some of the UK’s leading IP firms, providing advice to a number of well-known global brands, high-street retailers and start-up companies. Prior to this Shaun worked in-house for the BBC where he was responsible for managing the corporation’s trade mark rights on its own productions.
