Swindell & Pearson Recognised in 2017 Legal 500 Rankings

The 2017 Legal 500 rankings have been announced and Swindell & Pearson is delighted to be listed as one of the UK’s top intellectual property firms with both our patents and trade mark practices receiving praise. In addition, several of our attorneys were also specifically recommended by their clients for their work.
In our patent department, Paul Higgin was highlighted as someone who “brings sanity and a path forward to a sometimes chaotic and constantly changing landscape”. Martin Terry was recommended for his ability to provide “excellent, professional, and timely service” and Robert Sales and Scott Harrison were recommended for being “very knowledgeable of the patent system”.
In the trade mark department, Kieron Taylor was recommended for having “an overall excellent grasp of trade mark matters in the UK and the EU as a whole” and as being able to “provide well-rounded advice when required”.
