Swindell & Pearson Knowledge Centre - Patent Licensing

Recently, IP Director Paul Higgin delivered a practical workshop on patent licensing. Paul has been involved in many global patent licensing negotiations, in his previous role of Senior IPR Counsel at Nokia and in his current role at Swindell & Pearson and so has considerable experience on the subject. If you’re interested in receiving a copy of the presentation delivered then please get in touch. Following on from the workshop, in this, our latest knowledge sheet, we look at the general issue of patent licensing and how it can often be one of the main reasons for obtaining patent protection.
